Concept
This series explores how visual language can express the atmosphere of a music playlist. Each illustration was designed as a potential playlist cover for Apple Music, translating musical moods into color palettes, character expressions, and graphic compositions.
Rather than illustrating specific songs, the aim was to capture the emotional tone of listening sessions — calm, energetic, nostalgic, or introspective. The project became an exercise in visual storytelling where a single image suggests the soundscape behind it.
The covers were created digitally with a focus on bold shapes, expressive characters, and simple compositions that remain readable even at small thumbnail sizes, mirroring the constraints of streaming platform interfaces.
